Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment to other parents in need. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Delays of over 15 minutes may result in cancellation to respect the next client's schedule. Treatment Time & Fees: The base price includes the full device treatment and up to 30 minutes of professional combing. For very long/thick hair or severe cases requiring extra time, an additional fee will apply per 15 minutes. Preparation (Important): Please arrive with DRY HAIR. The technology does not work on wet hair. Ensure hair is free of oils, gels, or conditioners. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service at the clinic (Cash, Credit Card, or Bit).
